The bulkTransferring system is designed based on the features of platform and onshore sealed bulk conveying system. It has been used for HYSY 281, HYSY 282, Caofeidian onshore gathering station and CJ46 series drilling platform. The remote automatic control and manual control to applied to reduce the workload and improve work efficiency.
The bulk conveying valve remote control system adopts the field remote control valve instead of conventional manual butterfly valve. In order to actuate valve it may receive instructions by means of PLC valve position signal, storage tank level, pressure and bulk weight signal. Host computer, touch screen and remote-control panel are served as remote monitoring and operating units.
- Remote control panel: remote control of the valve. The operation board is mounted with the touch screen to display the variation of tank bulk quantity, tank pressure and work condition of valve and system. The operational modes are classified as manual operation and touch screen operation, automatic and manual function. Valve remote control in manual mode can be implemented by switching on MINIC panel. Full-automatic conveying and tank switching operation in automatic mode can be achieved by touch screen directly. The system has the functions of alarm and safety stop which can prevent the leakage caused by over-fulfilling.
- Host computer: achieve remote monitoring and remote operation of bulk charge, bulk discharge, clean, tank switch by touch screen.
- PLC control system: achieve field signal acquisition and treatment, and drive the field remote control valve as per pseudo instruction
- Remote control valve: including all switches and proportioning valves.
